Speed Tweaks
These tweaks where developed to speed up the general use of the Orange SPV and Orange SPV E100 Smartphones. While not designed for other Microsoft ® Smartphone's, the Menu speed up should work. The other tweak (font cache) however, is not adviseable on any other phones besides SPV and E100.
Menu's
The first of these tweaks removes the 'slide-up' and 'slide-across' animations on the softkey menus. Because the animation is removed the menus pop-up instantly causing a noticeable increase in speed.

Font Cache
The second of these tweaks changes the font cache on the phone. Increasing the font cache allows all the text on the phone to be cached allowing for faster switching of screens/menus.
